The photographs, images and text contained within the print media, websites and pages belonging to Katchakid, Inc. are not in the public domain and are the sole protected, intellectual property of Katchakid, Inc. Use of this material is not permitted, unless prior written permission has been obtained from the owner.
An online user may access any part of Katchakid, Inc.’s sites and pages to download or copy material (by printing off individual pages on to paper) or download material onto disc (but not on to any server or other device connected to a network) for personal non-commercial use only.
Under United States copyright laws, the consequences of copyright infringement can include statutory damages of between $750 and $30,000 per work and damages of up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement. Please be advised that Katchakid will seek monetary damages and equitable relief for copyright infringement and will contemplate pursuing all available legal remedies, including filing DMCA’s with all relevant parties, be it Google, Google Adsense, Yelp and other web service providers.
